The century-old haat of Dhaka city

Can Buriganga be saved from all the polluters?

For the last 15 to 20 years, Buriganga River's water has been thick black like burnt engine oil. In 2000, the oxygen level in Buriganga’s water was 0.2%, and after 2019 that level went down to 0.0%.
