Even during Eid holidays, pressure persists at petrol pumps

Although busy Dhaka becomes relatively empty during the Eid holidays, the crowd at the petrol pumps that remain open has not decreased.

There are also complaints that even after standing in line for hours, fuel is not available.

According to pump owners, the amount of fuel currently being supplied is insufficient compared to the demand of hundreds of thousands of motorcycles and other customers.

As a result, the situation at petrol pumps across the country is becoming increasingly complex.
