Rhodes on a high after unexpected T20 series win

Steve Rhodes took Bangladesh to a Caribbean tour in June after taking over charge of the national team in the same month. A rude awakening followed when the Tigers faced disastrous defeat in the Test series which started in July – just a month into his coaching tenure. The Tigers were then able to bounce back; taking both the ODI and T20I series and the coach, having returned to Dhaka with his troops today said that he was really proud to oversee the team’s comeback, reiterating that the Test series had dented morale considerably.
