Raphinha has turned into a phenomenon for Barcelona this season, netting 14 goals and providing three assists in eight matches across competitions to help his side win all their matches so far.
The star forward has thrived in his new role as the sole striker under Hansi Flick, but questions remain over whether he can do the same for Carlo Ancelotti in a Brazil shirt.
Expectations were high for the 29-year-old at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, but he failed to deliver and was sidelined after just two games due to injury, with Brazil getting knocked out by Norway in the Round of 16.
Brazil begin their post-World Cup campaign with three friendlies in this window -- two away to Australia on September 25 and 29 before facing India away on October 3. With Ancelotti still figuring out a permanent No. 9 for the Selecao, hopes will once again be on Raphinha to translate his club form to the national team.
