It was a dreamlike day for two of Cambrian School and College cricketers in the Prime Bank School Cricket tournament.

At the Dhaka University Ground, St. Gregory's High School and College picked up two wickets in five overs and there was hope that they would be able to contain Cambrian. But Mustakim Howlader hit an unbeaten 404 while Sadd Parves hit an unbeaten 256 as Cambrian posted a mammoth score of 770 for 2.

The partnership between the duo of 699 runs was just as astonishing as the record number of runs in a fifty over game scored by Cambrian.

In Bangladesh's recognised cricket, no other team has reached 700 or had a batter score 400 runs. Prime Bank School Cricket tournament officials too informed that no other batter had struck 400 in the tournament before.

Mustakim's innings of 170 deliveries was laced with 50 fours and 22 sixes while Sadd hit 32 fours and 13 sixes during his unbeaten 124-ball 256.

In reply to the surreal total, St Gregory's were bowled out for just 32 runs in 11.4 overs. Hasan Hridoy bagged six wickets for 11 runs while Saad Parves also contribute with four for 16 to cap off a terrific day as Cambrian School and College by 738 runs.
