BD U-16 kick off Assam tour tomorrow

Bangladesh Under-16 cricket team will face Assam Cricket Association in the first three-day match of their ongoing Assam tour at the Amingaon Cricket Ground tomorrow.

Bangladesh are scheduled to play two three-day matches and three one-dayers during their stay in India. The second three day game will begin on August 3 while the one-dayers will be held on August 8, 11, and 13 respectively. All the matches will be played at the same venue.

"Everyone is fit and fine and we have trained for the past two days. We are a balanced squad and looking forward to giving our best. Weather and conditions can also play a role so we will try to adapt and play accordingly," Bangladesh U-16 head coach Abdul Karim Juel told the media today ahead of the first three-day game.

The Bangladesh Under-16 side reached Assam on July 25.
