Tigers reach Chattogram
The Bangladesh cricket team, led by captain Shakib Al Hasan, reached Chattogram today to play the one-off Test match against Afghanistan, set to begin from September 5.
The Tigers concluded their training camp with a two-day practice match at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur yesterday. The team will start their practice session at the Zahur Ahmed Cricket Stadium in Chattogram from tomorrow at 10 am. Rashid Khan-led Afghanistan earlier reached Chattogram on Friday and are playing a two-day warm-up match against Bangladesh Cricket Board XI which will conclude tomorrow.
Both teams are scheduled to return to Dhaka on September 10 before the Tigers take on Zimbabwe in the first match of the T20 tri-nation series on September 13.
