Shanto ton helps Bangladesh HP start positively

An unbeaten 249-ball 124 from Nazmul Hossain Shanto helped Bangladesh High Performance (HP) team end the day one of their first four-dayer against their Sri Lankan counterparts on a high note at the Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium in Khulna today.

Electing to bat, Bangladesh HP lost opener Naim Sheikh as early as in the fourth over. However, an unbeaten century from Nazmul and Afif Hossain's 108-ball 54 helped Bangladesh HP end the day with 233 for four after 88 overs on the board.
