QUBEE revise packages to Go 'Truly Broadband'

QUBEE has recently revised its packages for new and existing users so that consumers enjoy more volume and more speed in experiencing true wireless broadband. The company, through the use of advanced technology, is better placed to serve its customers in providing higher speeds and higher volume of data consumption. Accordingly, in addition to introducing new packages, the company has increased the speed of all current customers to ensure that they get upgraded to either 1Mbps speed limit or double speed packages at no extra cost. Fair Usage Policy limits have also been enhanced for all Sky packages.

Augere, the owner of QUBEE brand, is the first wireless broadband license holder in the country, and the first broadband provider with 24/7 customer service. In a landmark move that is unprecedented in Bangladesh, QUBEE upgraded is offering packages from a speed limit of 1Mbps and upwards.

In addition to the speed increase, QUBEE is also taking steps to promote Wi-Fi connectivity through devices that are compatible with Wi-Fi routers or those that have built-in capabilities. As data needs grow and consumers demand more and more data, the company’s monthly packages now would remain uninterrupted even after plan volume allocations are over; the speed would be compromised at 128 Kbps, and users can enjoy their regular speeds just by calling the customer service hotline (16296 from mobile devices) and purchasing additional volume bundles starting from BDT 50. Pre-pay consumers also get benefited with more volume than before with convenient card denominations of BDT 50, 100, 300 and 500.
