Obaidul lauds BNP’s participation in talks

Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader today said that a good sense has prevailed upon BNP through participation in talks with the president.

Quader came up with the remark this afternoon, hours before a delegation of BNP met President Abdul Hamid over formation of a new election commission.

“BNP will have to come up with an open-minded attitude towards the dialogue. Otherwise, the efforts will go in vain,” he said at his party's central office at Bangabandhu Avenue in Dhaka.
