From Wednesday afternoon, users across nearly all mobile operators in Bangladesh have faced problems logging in, posting messages, or sharing photos on Facebook and Messenger.

Since around 10 PM on Tuesday, users across the country have reported difficulties accessing Facebook through mobile internet.

TikTok removed 7,171,832 videos for violating community guidelines between January and March 2024 in Bangladesh, according to the platform’s Community Guidelines Enforcement Report for the first quarter (Q1) of 2024.
