Govt reshuffles key positions in Legal Aid Directorate and Solicitor’s Office

The government has carried out a reshuffle in the key positions of Directorate of Legal Aid and Solicitor’s Office under the law ministry.

Solicitor Md Monjurul Hossain (district and sessions judge) has been transferred to the post of director general of the Directorate of Legal Aid, Bangladesh, and Deputy Solicitor Sana Md Maharuf Hossain (district and sessions judge) has been given the responsibility of the solicitor.

The law ministry issued a notification to this effect today.

The transfer has been made after consultation with the Supreme Court, according to the notification.
