A case has been filed over the killing of four people during a clash between two groups of villagers in Magura Sadar upazila on Friday. 

A court yesterday sentenced eight people to life term imprisonment in connection with a case for killing a Juba League (JL) leader in Sadar upazila in 2010.

They were already cringing in horror over what had happened at different places across the country over the last few days.

They were from all walks of life -- university teachers, students and other professionals -- but their voices were united.
