The government is going to introduce tolls on Dhaka-Mawa-Bhanga Expressway from July 1, a move that will push up transport costs.

On the second day of vehicles plying the Padma Bridge yesterday, the authorities beefed up surveillance to smooth out traffic.

Railway Minister Nurul Islam Sujan today told the parliament that the cost  behind one passenger per km of the railway is Tk 2.43 against per income of Tk 0.62.
