Death anniv of Fazal-e-Khuda today

Today is the first death anniversary of noted lyricist Fazal-e-Khuda, best known for the legendary song, "Salam Salam Hajar Salam".

On this day last year, he passed away at Suhrawardy Hospital, aged 80. He was previously diagnosed with Covid-19. On the occasion, wreath will be placed at his grave in Rayerbazar, prayers will be offered and food will be distributed among the destitute.

He was renowned for his patriotic, modern, folk, and Islamic songs. Some of his notable songs include "Je Deshete Shapla Shaluk Jhiler Jole Bhashe", "Bhalobashar Mullo Koto.
