Jamaat leader held
Police arrested a Jamaat leader at Panchrastar More intersection in Maheshpur upazila on Sunday on charge of creating violence during hartal on Monday last. The arrestee was identified as Abdul Hye, upazila ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami. Police said Hye was arrested by the law enforcers on charge of creating violence during the Jamaat called hartal.
