BNP-led alliance's Dhaka rally now November 28
The BNP-led 18-party opposition alliance will hold its rally in the capital on November 28 instead of November 22.
The BNP standing committee took the decision at a meeting at the BNP chairperson's Gulshan office yesterday, with its chief Khaleda Zia in the chair.
The main opposition party also decided not to join the fifteenth session of parliament and finalised the Martyred Intellectuals Day (December 14) and Victory Day (December 16) programmes.
The BNP chairperson will sit today with leaders of the 18-party alliance to finalise next course of action regarding its anti-government movement.
