PM attends office at Armed Forces Division

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina yesterday attended her office at the Armed Forces Division in Dhaka Cantonment. On her arrival at the Armed Forces Division, the premier was received by Principal Staff Officer of Armed Forces Division Lieutenant General Abdul Wadud. She was briefed about 'Reorganisation and Forces Goal-2030 of Bangladesh Army' at the end of her office work at the AFD, said an ISPR release. Defence Adviser to Prime Minister Major General (Retd) Tarique Ahmed Siddique, the Chief of Army Staff, the defence secretary and other military high officials were present during the breifing. Later, Chief of Army Staff General Md Abdul Mubeen, Chief of Naval Staff Vice Admiral Zahir Uddin Ahmed and Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal SM Ziaur Rahman called on the prime minister and apprised her of different activities of respective services, the release added.
