215 yaba tablets seized, one held
Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested a person with 215 pieces of yaba tablets in his possession from a local hotel in Kapashgola area of Chawk Bazar in the port city yesterday.
The arrestee was Kamal Hossain, 26, son of Jalil Uddin of Cox's Bazar.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of Rab-7 conducted a drive in the hotel and arrest Kamal with the yaba tablets worth around Tk 86,000 in his possession from a room of the hotel, said the Rab members.
