Publication ceremony

The publication ceremony of a book titled "Nagorik Samosya O Nagor Parikalpana," written by engineer-planner Dr Toufiq M Seraj, held at Sheltech office at Panthapath in the city on Tuesday. Writer Anisul Haque and Bangladesh Olympic Association General Secretary Eng Kutubuddin Ahmed unveiled the cover of the book.
