Three poachers held with venison

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested three poachers along with a slaughtered deer at Lawachhara forest in Srimongal of Moulvibazar district early yesterday. Rab sources said the poachers caught a spotted deer by setting traps in the forest. Acting on a tip-off, a team of Rab raided the forest at about 4:00 am and arrested Yunus Miah, Azadur Rahman and Nawsadur Rahman when they were taking away the slaughtered deer.Photo: STAR
