Diarrhoea in Lalmonirhat claims one, attacks 100
A child died of diarrhoea while more than 100 others were admitted to different upazila health complexes yesterday.
The victim, Alif Hossain, 7, son of Nayon Miah of Jagotber village in Patgram upazila, died at the upazila health complex around 11:00am, said Lalmonihat civil surgeon office sources.
Scores of children were admitted to Lalmonirhat Sadar Hospilat and five upazila health complexes in the last 12 hours after they were attacked with the waterborne disease.
