Woman's body exhumed
Body of a woman was exhumed from a graveyard at Nawdapara village in Lalpur upazila in presence of a magistrate yesterday noon and sent it to Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital morgue for a fresh autopsy. Family sources alleged that in-laws of the deceased Hosneara Begum, 19, beat her dead at their Nawdapara village residence on September 18 last year for Tk 1.5 lakh in dowry.. The victim was buried on the same day without any autopsy. Hosneara's family then filed a murder case accusing six people, including her husband Nuruzzaman. Following a court order, the body was exhumed.
