Jubo League man arrested
A local Jubo League leader was arrested on Monday in connection with the sensational Chikonmila Chakma murder case.
Police said Abdul Alim, the prime accused in the case was arrested from his Milanpur village home at Kabkhali union of Dighinala upazila after filing of the victim's husband Jiten Chakma on Sunday afternoon.
Earlier, Chikonmila, a tribal woman, was attacked and killed by a gang of assailants at Kabkhali.
Alim is the vice president of Kabakhali union Jubo League.
