Train kills college girl

A college girl was crushed under the wheels of a train at Shikarpur village in Biral upazila yesterday morning. The deceased, Rinki Akter, 18, daughter of Riazul Islam of Manikpur village in the upazila, was a HSC student of Mainul Hasan Mohabiddyaloy, said GRP sources. Witnesses said a speedy train crushed Rinki, under its wheels while she was crossing the railway line at about 10:30am.
