BNP activist arrested
Police arrested an activist of BNP district unit from a procession in the district town yesterday noon. The arrestee is Anwar Hossain, 25. The main opposition brought out the procession protesting the judicial probe that found former home minister Altaf Hoaasin Chowdhury's involvement in 2001 post-polls persecution.
