Examinee commits 'suicide'
A primary terminal examinee allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at Sribari village in Ghior upazila on Thursday night. The deceased, Robin, 11, son of Nazrul Islam of the village, was a class V student of local Sribari Government Primary School. Sources said Robin secretly took money from his father's pocket and purchased a mobile phone. At this, his father got angry and beat him up. Robin left home following the incident and did not return at night. Locals found his body hanging from a tree the following morning.
