Biman gets 2nd Boeing
Biman Bangladesh Airlines received its second new generation Boeing 777-300 ER (Extended Range) from leading plane maker Boeing.
Branded as 'Arun Alo', the twin engine aircraft landed at Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka Thursday night, from Boeing headquarters at Seattle in the USA.
The 419-seater aircraft in its two class configuration has 35 seats in business class and 384 in economy.
Earlier on October 26, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina unveiled the first new Boeing aircraft named Palki.
