Old man crushed under train
An old man was killed as a train run over him in Rangpur town on Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Mojammel Haque, 60, of Jorabari village in Dimla upazila under Nilphamary district.
According to the Government Railway Police, The train hit him while he was crossing the railway track near Satmatha area being unaware of the train at 8:30pm.
