RU mathematics dept to celebrate 50 years
Mathematics department of Rajshahi University (RU) chalks out programmes to celebrate its 50 years on February 11 and February 12 next year.
The programmes include rally, alumni association formation, orientation and cultural function with the participation of its present and former students.
Registration for the event began yesterday.
For registration, former students will have to pay Tk1,500 while current students will pay Tk 800, with a Tk 800 extra fee for their spouse and Tk 500 for each of their children over five years, the department sources said.
Interested people can collect the registration form from the department before December 31 or they can download the form from www.ru.ac.bd/mathematics.
