Moulvibazar Government College students produce hand sanitizer

Students of the chemistry department of Moulvibazar Government College produced hand sanitisers and distributed them free of cost among the underprivileged people of the district yesterday.

The college's chemistry club took the initiative considering the poor people who are not able to purchase hand sanitizer.

Maruf Khan, a member of the chemistry club said the initiative was taken with the support of chemistry department and their club.

He said the they have produced 15 litres of hand sanitiser in the first phrase and distributed those among impoverished people of Moulvibazar town.

They are working to produce 50 more litres of hand sanitiser, he added.

20 volunteers are involved in the project, and the distribution programme was inaugurated on Wednesday.
