Sound pollution in Dhaka

Sound pollution in Dhaka city has reached an unbearable level. Buses and cars relentlessly honk hydraulic horns that create loud noises and are detrimental to our health. I would like to seek the attention of the road and transport minister and the respective authority to look into the matter and take effective measures to stop this bad practice.
