This is murder

The death of Riazuddin Topu on February 22, 2016 by a police vehicle plying the wrong side of the road is not an accident. It is murder. I think wrong side driving causing deaths of innocent people should be treated as murder and the party responsible for the death of Topu should be tried under criminal law.
