Instead of giving clothes to hundreds, I think giving that money to a handful of poor people would be better. Giving them clothes will not reduce their poverty; it will only enrich cloth manufacturers.

It's really very sad. The persons who were giving zakat should have been more careful. They should take responsibility for this and the government should take action against them.
