Khaleda receives 1st dose of Covid-19 vaccine

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia took her first dose of Covid-19 vaccine at Sheikh Russel Gastroliver Institute and Hospital today

Khaleda was vaccinated around 4:00pm, Syrul Kabir Khan, an official of the BNP chief's press wing, said

Accompanied by Secretary General of BNP Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Khaleda left her Gulshan residence at 3:30pm.

She received an SMS for her first dose, as she registered online through the government-approved app, Surokkha, 10 days back.
