25 die in Mymensingh Medical College Hospital’s Covid unit in a day

Twenty-five people died while being treated at the Covid unit of Mymensingh Medical College Hospital in 24 hours till 8am today.

Of them, 10 were positive for coronavirus infection while the others had symptoms, reports our local correspondent quoting Dr Mohiuddin Khan Moon, focal person of the hospital's Covid unit.

A total of 359 people were being treated at the unit till 8 this morning. Of them, 21 were in the Intensive Care Unit, the doctor said.
