15 Covid deaths in Chattogram in a day

Fifteen people died of Covid-19 in Chattogram district in 24 hours till 8am today.

During 24 hours, 3,057 samples were tested at 12 labs and 933 of them came positive. Among the infected, 519 are from the port city and 414 from different upazilas, reports our correspondent.

The current positivity rate in the district is 30.52 percent, according to Chattogram Civil Surgeon's office.

A total of 90,521 people were diagnosed with Covid-19 and 1,059 died due to the virus in Chattogram so far.
