Hartals harming education

The recent hartals are severely affecting our education sector. The student community is mostly affected by these mindless hartals as the exams are being postponed. Particularly, the JSC and JDC candidates are in grave worry. Do our politicians really care about the students? If they did, they wouldn't enforce hartals repeatedly.
