‘Golam Mamun’ wins Best Popular Series

The Hoichoi original thriller "Golam Mamun" secured the Best Series (Popular) award at the Blender's Choice–The Daily Star OTT & Digital Content Awards 2024. Directed by Shihab Shaheen, the series gripped audiences with its intense storyline and strong performances, ultimately earning the title through overwhelming viewer support.

Premiering in June 2024, the series stars Ziaul Faruq Apurba as a decorated police officer whose life unravels after he is framed for a series of brutal murders. Alongside Apurba, Sabila Nur's first collaboration with the actor added notable chemistry, while performances by Fakhrul Bashar Masum, Sharlin Farzana, and Rashed Mamun Apu further heightened the show's impact.
