Actress Nadia welcomes baby girl on New Year’s Day

Bangladeshi actress Sallha Khanam Nadia has welcomed a baby girl, sharing the news on the first day of the year.

Yesterday (January 1), Nadia announced the birth through a social media post. The child is the first for the actress and her husband, actor Salman Arafat. While she did not disclose the exact date of birth, Nadia shared a photograph from her maternity shoot and expressed gratitude for the new arrival.

"Alhamdulillah, by Allah's endless mercy our hearts are full today. A daughter has come into our family," she wrote. She also offered prayers for her child's well-being, wishing her a life filled with love and happiness.

Nadia revealed that the couple has named their daughter Mehroj Nur Sanah, and requested prayers from well-wishers.
