Putul excited for new journey

What are you currently busy with?

I have been working on new music at my studio. I collaborated with Rongon Music for a new track this Eid. It was written and composed by Syed Reza Ali. On the other hand, I have been releasing a new song every month from my official YouTube channel, PutulGaan. I released a new song during Eid as well.

What inspires you to release a new song monthly?

I want to keep making music as regularly as possible, and stay connected with my listeners. I have been able to do so as I have my own studio, and my life partner is also associated with music.  I am dedicated to honing my craft. My fans are my inspiration. They have certain expectations from me, and I hope to live up to them.

You have been in the industry for 16 years. How do you look back on your journey?

I did not just want to be known as a singing reality show contestant. My biggest accomplishment has been carving a space for myself in the industry, on my own. I am lucky that people have given me so much love over the years, and I still have a long way to go.

Have you been writing any novels lately?

I have been writing a novel. I hope it will be available for readers in the upcoming Ekushey Boi Mela. I truly enjoy writing, and I hope to keep it up regularly.

You are also about to be a mother.

Yes. I am excited for this new journey in my life. Hopefully, we will welcome our baby by the second week of July. Please keep us in your prayers.
