DRS, use of technology should go together

During the West Indies tour DRS was used. It was very difficult to see if the ball had nicked the bat and without the use of hotspot or snickometer technology, the umpires' decision could not be reversed. Even in the BD-Zimbabwe series, it has been inconclusive whether the ball touched Riyadh's bat or not. I feel that if the Decision Review System (DRS) is going to be used, then every technology must be available to the 3rd umpire in order to make the correct decision.
