Renowned Iranian filmmaker producer, and screenwriter Majid Majidi is scheduled to visit Dhaka in January to conduct a special master class during the 22nd Dhaka International Film Festival.

The award giving ceremony will be graced by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and he is going to perform at a cultural programme following the event.

Netflix has officially confirmed an anime adaptation of the popular sci-fi series 'Terminator'. Announced via a trailer on Netflix's official YouTube channel, the upcoming anime series will be jointly made by Production I.G, Skydance Media, and writer Mattson Tomlin. 

Confirming the release date, sources from the film’s production company, Bengal Multimedia Ltd, said, “We are almost done with the post-production of the movie, and if everything goes well, we will release it on the upcoming Valentine's Day.”
