Sunbeams school staged two shows of the English comedy, ‘Ali Baba and their Bongo Bandits’, on their annual drama evening recently. The cast of around 40 students entertained the audience with their acting, singing and dancing.

Two theatre companies, Bahurupi Natya Sangstha from Mymensingh and Angan Belgharia from Kolkata, staged two plays in a houseful auditorium at Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy in Mymensingh. Bahurupi Natya Sangstha organised the event, marking their 45th founding anniversary.
