Rohingyas fled to Bangladesh now 501,800: UN

Over 501,800 Rohingya people have fled to Bangladesh following persecution in Rakhine state of Myanmar since the August 25 this year, according to the United Nations.
Of them, 192,000 have been living in makeshift camps, 217,000 in under construction camp while 92,000 have been hosting by different communities in Ukhia, Teknaf and Ramu of Cox's Bazar and Naikkhongchhari upazila of Bandarban.
"The fresh influx of Rohimgyas has created a critical humanitarian crisis in the area," today says a report of the Inter Sector Coordination Group, a coordinating body of the UN agencies and other NGOs working in the refugee camps.
