Woman killed as she tries to stop sons' fight
A woman, who sustained injuries during a fight between her two sons over a trifling matter, died at Bogra Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital (SZMCH) on Tuesday.
The deceased is Sanowara Begum, 45, wife of Moksed Ali of Chapor village in Dhunat upazila.
Police said Sanowara's two sons--Anwar Hossain, 24, and Jewel Rana, 16,--locked in a clash over listening to music through a loud speaker.
Sanowara was his by a stick on the head when she tried to resist the siblings from fighting each other.
Family members took her to SZMCH where she succumbed to her injuries around 7:00pm.
Officer-in-Charge Mizanur Rahman of Dhunat Police Station said victim's father Akram Hossain Batul filed a case with the police station yesterday accusing Anwar and Jewel.
