Two elephants found dead

Two wild elephants were found dead at a hill in Kaptai Sadar upazila of the district on Wednesday. Divisional forest officer of Parbatya Chittagong (South) Forest Department M Salah Uddin said locals found the corpses of the elephants under Jibtali Hill in the morning and informed them. Later, the forest officials recovered the corpses of the animals, believed to have died after falling off the hill.
