Turkish national found dead in Cox’s Bazar
A Turkish national has been found dead in a room of a residential hotel in Cox's Bazar town.
The body of Misos Dural Bay (50) was recovered around 8:00pm yesterday, our local correspondent reports quoting Md Khairuzzaman, inspector (investigation) of Cox's Bazar Sadar Model Police Station.
He might have died from a stroke, Inspector Khairuzzaman speculated.
Dr Shaheen Md Abdur Rahman Chowdhury, residential medical officer of Cox's Bazar Sadar Hospital, said that samples of the deceased were collected for Covid-19 test to know whether he was infected by the virus.
Dural Bay was an information technology (IT) officer at a field hospital in Balukhali Rohingya refugee camp in Ukhia upazila.
He had been working there for the last four months.
