Three arms peddlers held

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested three alleged arms traders with two shutter guns and 122 bullets in Khajra union of Ashashuni upazila of Satkhira district early yesterday. The arrestees are  Mafijul Islam, son of Abdus Sattar  Sana of Gajna village in Kolaroa upazila, Abdul Mahit Molla, son of  late Abul Kashem of Rasulpur village in Sadar upazila, and Sayeed Hossain Sana, son of Mohammad Hossain Sana of Kalyanpur village in Ashashuni upazila of Satkhira district. The elite force, acting on a tip-off, raided the area and arrested the three with the arms and bullets, said Rab-6 sources.
