Teacher held for leaking question paper

A mobile court arrested a teacher on Tuesday afternoon for leaking English question paper of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations in Fenchuganj upazila of Sylhet District.

The detainee is Rinku Das, 32, an assistant teacher of Mahmudus Samad Farjana Chowdhury Girls' School and College in the upazila.

Acting on a tip-off, a mobile court led by Fenchuganj Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Nure Jannat raided the school and checked Rinku's mobile. They found a photo of the English question paper and arrested him.

He was later sent to jail, said Nandan Kanti Dhar, officer-in-charge of Fenchuganj Police Station.
